2. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Site before the customer places an order.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, or breach of these Terms.
4. Price
The price payable for the product is the price displayed on the Site at the time the order is placed, together with any applicable shipping charges shown at checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
We may offer payment methods including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other methods displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the Site or at checkout and are provided for guidance only.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
7. Transfer of risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the address provided in the order.
8. Right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at contact@soyvia.co.uk before the end of that period.
You must then return the goods within 14 days of informing us that you wish to cancel.
9. Effects of cancellation
If you validly cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments due in accordance with applicable law, using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them.
10. Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
11. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, please contact us at contact@soyvia.co.uk.
Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
12. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
